Our panel will discuss how product design, branding, and a customer-centric mindset are leading to a more accessible future in the outdoor industry. New founders will continue to identify how product innovation and creative branding solutions can make the outdoors a more welcoming and sustainable place while paving the way for future growth. These entrepreneurs will discuss how the outdoor industry can broaden its focus beyond the "in-groups" and pave the way for greater inclusivity and sustainability for years to come. Our target audience is budding entrepreneurs and marketers.

Panelists and Facilitator: Georgia Grace Edwards: Co-Founder of SheFly. Hailing from the Appalachian Mountains of Western Maryland, Georgia Grace is an ex-glacier guide, Middlebury College alum, former Fulbrighter, economic consultant, and storyteller. Tyler Scott is a co-founder of Hustle Bike Labs. He Grew up in Southern California with a passion for bicycles. Leaving behind his insurance career, he pursued his dreams to become a professional athlete. Tyler is now one of Hustle Bike Labs co-founders while continuing to race mountain bikes around the country. Jake Thomas is a co-founder of PACT Outdoors, developers of the first all-in-one bathroom kit for outdoor adventures. His background is in advertising and marketing where he worked on the creative agency side. He is passionate about outdoor stewardship and sustainable innovation. Madelyn Tormasi is the Camp Manager at Campfire Ranch in Gunnison-Crested Butte, CO. She leads operations and customer service for the brand, welcoming novice campers in the outdoors every day. Her passion for outdoor education & inclusive approach enables her to craft brand experiences that cut through industry ‘noise’ and deliver high customer engagement. Tanner Whiteford is the manager of the ICELab @ Western Colorado University and assists entrepreneurs with marketing projects on a daily basis. He has experience in sales and marketing in the outdoor industry with Red Bull North America, MSP Films and Vail Resorts. Tanner has dedicated his life to the outdoors and is an avid backcountry skier, climber biker, rafter and trail runner.
