Kelly Watters brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new position at Western Rise. She received her masters from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and came to Western Rise with over eight years experience in management and team building both domestically and internationally. As co-founder of Western Rise she has been leading the team as COO for four years. During that time she accomplished 86% Year over Year growth while being responsible for Sales, Fundraising, Finance, Customer Experience, Logistics, and more.
