I'm a social entrepreneur and economic developer with background in international development for US government. Worked on fostering advanced infrastructure development in line with US and partner countries' policies. I now serve as Founding Executive Director for Rural Workforce Housing Innovation Coalition (RWHIC), a nonprofit recently incorporated in the State of Colorado to generate smart, pleasant, affordable housing for low-income workers in rural communities. RWHIC is implementing three programs for this: 1) a business accelerator for housing and utilities technology/solutions; 2) a building codes and standards program for rural housing subdivisions; and 3) a rural workforce housing innovation district. Looking to help Colorado lead in developing smart communities that resonate nationally and internationally.
