I bring a wealth of knowledge with 30 years of human resource experience. My expertise includes various human resource categories including employee relations, performance management, HR form creation/review (employee handbooks, job descriptions, etc.), employee/management training, workplace investigations, etc. I have two human resource certifications which includes PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-PC (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional). My education began with Colorado Mesa University and wrapped up with Waldorf University where I earned a degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management with Summa Cum Laude honors. In 2013, I was named Western Colorado Human Resource Association Professional of the Year, and currently serve on the Board of Directors. In my spare time, I enjoy contributing to our community and serve as a member of the WCHRA HR Skills Development Committee, the WCCA Education Committee and the Members/Events Committee, the Mesa County Workforce Development Council, and I serve as an Ambassador for both the Fruita and Palisade Chamber of Commerce.
